AI Training & Coaching
Most small business teams haven't been shown how to use AI on their real work. We fix that. Practical, hands-on training built around your actual workflows — not generic exercises. Most teams start saving hours in the first week.
We offer two programs
AI Fundamentals Training
Give your team practical AI skills they can use immediately on their real work.
Format: Group session for up to 6 people. $200 per additional person, up to 12 max.
What's included:
- A 90-minute 1-on-1 with the manager to understand goals and key friction points
- A short pre-session survey to gauge each person's skill level and biggest pain points
- Two 30-minute 1-on-1 prep calls with selected employees to go deeper on survey findings — understanding how people actually work before we walk in the door
- A 90-minute group AI fundamentals session covering practical prompting skills, personalized using the survey findings
- A custom prompt document delivered within a few days of the session — 3–5 ready-to-use prompts built specifically for the team
- A 30-minute individual coaching call for each participant after the group session
What your team walks away with:
- A plain-English understanding of how modern AI tools work — and where they fall short
- A personal prompt document with 3–5 reusable prompts built for their actual role — ready to use the next morning
- Clarity on what AI can and can't do reliably in their role
- The confidence to start using AI tools on their own, without hand-holding
Price:
- $2,800 for up to 6 participants.
- $200/head for 7–12.
Custom Assistant Workshop
Train team members to build and use their own custom AI assistant.
Format: 3 working sessions across 2–3 weeks. 1-on-1, or up to 3 participants from the same company. Each participant works on their own defined use case throughout.
Prerequisite: AI Fundamentals Training (BAQS) or equivalent hands-on experience with AI tools. Participants without this background can add a condensed Fundamentals block to Session 1 for $400.
What's included:
- A 30-minute 1-on-1 discovery call per participant — to scope the use case, assess skill level, and confirm you have the materials needed to build
- Session 1 (90 min): How to think about a custom assistant as a system — the prompt, the knowledge assets, and how to structure both for your specific use case
- Session 2 (90 min): Build your knowledge assets and write your system prompt — hands-on, using real materials from your business
- Session 3 (90 min): Refinement, real-world testing, and maintenance — run your assistant against real scenarios, fix what's broken, and learn how to keep it useful over time
- A 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching call after each session — scheduled 3–5 days out, so you have time to experiment first and come back with real questions
- A simple documentation template so the assistant doesn't become a black box when you hand it off or come back to it later
What the participant walks away with:
- A working custom assistant built for their specific role — designed, built, and tested on their real work
- A reusable knowledge asset library they can extend to future assistants without starting from scratch
- The skills to build, test, and refine assistants independently — not just how to click buttons, but why things work
- A simple documentation template so the assistant stays maintainable and transferable
Price:
- $2,400 for one participant
- $800 for each additional participant (max of 3)
