Organizational Security
We build security into our company's DNA. All Baqs employees undergo background checks annual security awareness training, and adhere to strict industry standard confidentiality agreements.
Access Control
Baqs follows the principle of least privilege with respect to permission management. Access to cloud infrastructure and customer data is strictly limited to a small set of authorized employees who require it for their role.
Disaster Recovery and Backups
Baqs is committed to providing continuous and uninterrupted service. Every five minutes, all user data is backed up, encrypted, and distributed to multiple redundant storage locations. Our Disaster Recovery Plan is tested at least once a year to assess its effectiveness and to keep the teams aligned with their responsibilities in case of a service interruption.
